Heaters are a versatile and economical heat source for a wide variety of
industrial and commercial applications.
Composed
of steel fins press-fitted to a tubular element, the finned duct heater
is designed to improve heat transfer to the air and permits putting
more power in tighter spaces—like forced air ducts, dryers, ovens and
load bank resistors.
Heat transfer, lower sheath temperature and element life are all maximized by the electrc heating element's finned construction. For electric finned air duct heater, installation is simplified by terminations exiting at one end and mounting accommodations on both ends.
Fin
Heating element and Fin heater tube and Fin heater element is apply to
air conditioner,baseboard convector and other appliances.
Heating element are produced using Incoloy840, stainless steel 304, 321, 316 as sheath materials
